Troubleshooting

The service or region is not in the catalog.

For a verified service, enter its exact name in Select or enter a service…. For a verified region, use Custom region, Add, and Apply. If you cannot verify the value, do not invent scope. Ask a workspace manager to add or verify the service or region.

The status options do not match the guide.

Tellagen uses the workspace's configured workflow stages. Choose the stage label shown in your workspace rather than assuming a fixed list.

The service or team is missing.

Ask a workspace manager to add it in Settings before you update the incident.

The severity shows Auto from index.

Review the automatic inputs. Change the severity only when incident evidence supports a different value.
