What counts as a responder seat?
A responder seat belongs to a named user who coordinates incidents or makes responder-only changes. Team billing uses assigned responder seats. It does not use incident participation or viewer seats.
What happens after the Team trial?
Your first incident starts 14 days of Team with up to 50 responders and 250 viewers. No card required. If you do not upgrade, the workspace returns to Free. The oldest 5 responder seats and 25 viewer seats stay active. Newer seats pause.
Are viewer seats charged separately?
No. Free includes up to 25 viewers. Team includes up to 250 viewers. Only assigned responder seats determine the Team price.
Does Tellagen replace our alerting tool?
No. Tellagen works after the alert, alongside the systems that page your team. It keeps the incident record from declaration through postmortem.
